Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy sets out what happens if you cancel your booking. It is designed to be clear and fair to both sides.
1. How to cancel
To cancel, contact us as early as possible at reservas@casadaavo.online or +351 965 445 213. The cancellation date is the date we receive your request.
2. Cancellation by the guest
- More than 14 days before arrival: we refund the 30% deposit in full and the 70% balance is not charged.
- 14 days or fewer before arrival, or no-show: the deposit is non-refundable and any balance charged is not refunded.
3. Exceptional circumstances
In serious, unforeseen situations — serious illness, bereavement, force majeure or official travel bans — we may, at our discretion and with evidence, offer a refund, a credit or a change of dates. Each case is assessed individually.
4. Cancellation by us
If for any reason we have to cancel your booking, we refund all amounts paid in full.
5. How we process refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method, through Stripe, normally within 14 days.
